This Thing Called Love

I wrote This Thing Called Love to explore the quiet complexities of human connection—how two souls, broken in different ways, can still find solace in each other. This story is for anyone who has ever felt the weight of expectation, the confusion of emotion, or the ache of letting their guard down in love.

Through Amaira and Deven, I wanted to show that love doesn’t always arrive with fireworks—it often comes softly, hesitantly, and sometimes, disguised as duty. But if nurtured, it has the power to heal, to transform, and to lead us back to ourselves.

This book is a reminder that even in a world where relationships are often rushed or performative, real connection still matters. That sometimes, it’s okay to not have it all figured out, and that even the most unexpected paths can lead to something deeply beautiful.

I hope this story finds you in your quiet moments and whispers to you the possibility of love that is gentle, patient, and real.

My Black Rose

I wrote this book to remind you to never give up on hope in times of pitch-black darkness. I know you are falling weak; your steps are faltering, sceptical of whether you should keep moving forward. I wanted this book to remind you that you are a fighter and that no matter how many thorns lie ahead, you have to keep moving forward to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I hope this book helps you find acceptance in the shadows of self-loathing and hopelessness and teaches you to identify your own rarity in this world of 8 billion. May the words written between these pages teach you how to discern the beauty in the aura of the dark.

These knots that do bind make thee one of a kind

Knots is a collection of poetry and prose about love and heartbreak, tragedy and grief, survival and loss. It’s a journey through the numerous knots that we tie in life, and the ones that we tangle and untangle with. It explores the realities of mental illness & suicide, social taboos & violence against women, pain & darkness, self love & healing in all its naked glory. The rhythm of Knots resonates directly with the poet’s heart, conveying to the readers that there is a way to untangle every knot in life, but sometimes, some of these knots are what we are made of.
